YPF Places International Debt Worth $1.2 Billion

YPF completed an international debt issuance worth $1.2 billion, representing the largest amount obtained by an Argentine company in the past 11 years.
The transaction was structured through a bond maturing in June 2035 with a nine-year term. The instrument was placed at an interest rate of 7.55%, while the effective rate reached 7.85%.
According to the company, the funds will be used to refinance maturities and support its growth plan.
Investor demand reached $2.2 billion, nearly double the amount ultimately issued. Prior to the placement, YPF held meetings with more than 50 international investors in New York.
