Wichi Toledo Unveiled Drilling Rig Capable of Reaching 4,800 Meters in Salta

The Salta-based company Wichi Toledo officially unveiled the Bauer RB-T100 drilling platform during Argentina Mining Norte 2026, a mining exhibition held in the province of Salta.

The equipment has capacity to drill up to 4,800 meters in depth and is valued at approximately €2 million. According to its specifications, it is a unique unit available in the Americas.

The machinery drew attention during the three-day event, which brought together more than 12,200 attendees. Its exhibition became one of the main attractions of the exposition.

The incorporation of the platform expands the technical capabilities available for mining drilling operations in the region and reinforces the participation of local suppliers in the development of the industry.
