Vista Energy Led Annual Performance Among Argentine Energy Stocks

Argentine energy stocks interrupted in August the positive trend they had shown in previous months, in a context conditioned by the increase in country risk and the fall in oil prices.

Within a market undergoing a general correction, some companies managed to maintain outstanding performance. Vista Energy led annual returns measured in dollars, with an accumulated valuation of 83.3%.

In the result corresponding exclusively to August, Transener ranked first among the local companies surveyed. Its shares advanced 6.3% during the month.

With that movement, Transener reached an accumulated improvement of 80.3% so far this year, according to the monthly survey on energy and markets.
